PORTLAND, Ore. — Mortenson Construction has opened a new office in Portland, Ore. With several projects currently underway in Oregon, the office will be instrumental in helping to better serve its local customer needs.
“Solidifying our presence in Oregon with this new office not only enables us to better support our customers, but it strengthens our commitment to furthering economic development in Portland and beyond,” says Jim Yowan, vice president, Mortenson Construction.
The new office will be led by general manager Jeff Madden. As an industry veteran, he has worked with Mortenson for 16 years. His construction experience includes the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, the Wisconsin Energy Institute, University of Colorado Research Complex 2 and the Terascale Simulation Facility at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
