Kraus-Anderson Adds to Management Staff

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has added to its growing management staff with the naming of three superintendents.

Rick Lund – general superintendent
Lund has been named general superintendent. He has worked for KA since 1989, most recently as project superintendent. In his new position, Lund will work with the owners and project managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision and management of KA’s construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, safety and quality control. He holds several certifications, including those in healthcare construction and OSHA. Johnson comes to KA from McGough and from Ryan Companies, where he was a senior project manager. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and served as crew chief in the Minnesota Army National Guard.

Pat Hank — project superintendent
Hank previously worked for KA from 1999 to 2007 as a project superintendent. Most recently, he also served as a project superintendent for Jaeger Construction. Hank received his degree in Business Management from North Hennepin Community College.

Todd Bonney — superintendent
Prior to joining KA, Bonney was a project superintendent for Black/Dew. He holds certifications in HVAC and in carpentry.
