Rogers-O’Brien Opens Houston Office Led by Local Construction Executive

 

A Texas general contractor with offices in Dallas and Austin, Rogers-O’Brien has reinforced its commitment to Southeast Texas by opening a Houston office led by Regional Vice President Gregg Lynch.

<!—more—>Gregg Lynch Rogers-OBrien RLynch’s 27 years of experience managing teams, offices and regions for a national contractor includes 10 years in Houston, where he expanded a $40-million Houston office into a regional practice with Dallas and Austin offices while approaching $400 million in annual revenues. Projects successfully delivered under his watch covered a broad spectrum of hospital, higher education, corporate, municipal, high-rise residential and hotel facilities. Prior to relocating to Houston, he established and led the Topeka, Kansas office for 10 years.

Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Kansas State University. He has served on the boards of directors for the Associated General Contractors Houston Chapter, Petroleum Club of Houston and SEARCH Homeless Services. He is a member of the Texas Association of Healthcare Facilities Management.

During the past five years, Rogers-O’Brien has built $1.5 billion in projects. Their recent Houston-area projects include Magnolia Heights Assisted Living & Memory Care in Spring and Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital in Humble. Projects currently under construction across the state include Oceans Behavioral Hospital in Katy; Forest Park Medical Center in San Antonio; Capital Ridge Office Complex in Austin; 3700M, a 800,000-square-foot mixed-use complex in Dallas” Uptown District and Methodist Richardson Medical Center Bush/Renner Hospital.
